Common use of Use of the Adviser’s Name Clause in Contracts

Use of the Adviser’s Name. The Adviser hereby consents to the royalty-free use by the Fund of the name “Bluestone Capital Partners” as part of the Fund’s name or any reasonable derivation thereof (the “Name”) and consents to the royalty-free use of any related logo and any such marks or symbols which may arise hereafter (the “▇▇▇▇”) during the term of this Agreement. The Fund acknowledges that any rights in or to the Name or the ▇▇▇▇ are, and under any and all circumstances will continue to be, the sole property of the Adviser. The Adviser will have the right to resolve any concerns regarding copyright, trademark or patent infringement with respect to the Fund’s use of the Name or the ▇▇▇▇ as the Adviser will so determine.

The Fund acknowledges that any rights in or to the Name or the ▇M▇▇▇ are, and under any and all circumstances will continue to be, the sole property of the Adviser. The Adviser will have the right to resolve any concerns regarding copyright, trademark or patent infringement with respect to the Fund’s use of the Name or the ▇M▇▇▇ as the Adviser will so determine.
