Common use of Use of the Credit Clause in Contracts

Use of the Credit. The CLIENT undertakes to use the total amount of the credit received, as stated in the credit application, for exclusively personal use and for strictly legal purposes under strict warning of the sanctions contemplated in articles 139, 148 Bis or 400 Bis of the Federal Criminal Code, relating to the prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism.
