Use of the Property and Contents. B6.1 Within 3 days of taking occupation the Tenant will check the inventory and report any defects or discrepancies to the Landlord. If the Tenant does not do this, the Tenant may find it difficult to prove at the end of the tenancy that any damage or defect was not their fault.
