Common use of Use of Trade Names Clause in Contracts

Use of Trade Names. After the Closing Date, neither any Seller, nor any person controlling, controlled by or under common control with any Seller will for any reason, directly or indirectly, for itself or any other person, (a) use the names "Raex" or "xxxx.xxx" or "xxxx.xxx" or (b) use or disclose any trade secrets, confidential information, know-how, proprietary information or other intellectual property of any Seller transferred pursuant to this Agreement.

Use of Trade Names. After the Closing Date, neither any Seller, nor any person controlling, controlled by or under common control with any Seller will for any reason, directly or indirectly, for itself or any other person, (a) use the names name "Raex" or "xxxx.xxx" or "xxxx.xxxGlassCity Internet," or (b) use or disclose any trade secrets, confidential information, know-how, proprietary information or other intellectual property of any Seller transferred pursuant to this Agreement.

After the First Closing Date, neither any Seller, nor any person controlling, controlled by or under common control with any Seller will for any reason, directly or indirectly, for itself or any other person, (a) use the names "RaexMetroLink" or "xxxx.xxx" or "xxxx.xxxMetroLink Internet Services" or (b) use or disclose any trade secrets, confidential information, know-how, proprietary information or other intellectual property Intellectual Property of any Seller transferred pursuant to this Agreement.
