Use of Trademarks in Conjunction with Other Marks. The Trademarks may be used in conjunction with or in close proximity to the logos, designs, trademarks, service marks, names or symbols of another individual or entity only in such a manner that the overall appearance resulting from such use conveys the unequivocal impression that the Trademarks are associated with Spansion and that the Trademarks are separate and distinct from any product or service of the other individual or entity. The Trademarks must be used only to refer to Spansion’s products or to products that include Spansion’s products.
