Common use of Use of Trust's Name Clause in Contracts

Use of Trust's Name. Neither Xxxxxx Square nor any of its affiliates shall use the name of the Trust or material relating to the Trust on any forms (including any checks, bank drafts or bank statements) for other than internal use in a manner not approved prior thereto by the Trust; provided, however, that the Trust shall approve all uses of its name that merely refer in accurate terms to the appointment of Xxxxxx Square hereunder or that are required by the SEC or a state securities commission; and further provided, that in no event shall such approval be unreasonably withheld.
