Use of Uber Branded Materials. (a) Except to the extent necessary to comply with applicable law, you are not required to use, wear or display Uber’s name or logo on your vehicle or clothing, or to use signaling lights, stickers, decals, or other such materials displaying Uber’s name or logo (collectively “Uber Branded Materials”).
