Common use of Use of Units and Common Elements Clause in Contracts

Use of Units and Common Elements. No Co-owner shall use his or her Unit or the Common Elements in any manner inconsistent with the purposes of the Project or in any manner that will interfere with or impair the rights of any other Co-owner in the use and enjoyment of his or her Unit or the Common Elements. No Limited Common Element, if created, may be modified or its use enlarged or diminished by the Association without the written consent of the Co-owner to whose Unit the same is appurtenant.
