Use of Water Fixtures. Water closets and other water fixtures shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which the same are intended, and any damage resulting to the same from misuse on the part of Tenant shall be paid for by Tenant. No person shall waste water by tying back or wedging the faucets or in any other manner.
