We may, from time to time, use the information you provide us to market services to you that may be related to our service offerings. Service Interruptions. In the event American Assistance determines that it is necessary to interrupt the Services for any reason or there is the potential for a Services interruption due to system maintenance, American Assistance will use reasonable efforts to notify you prior to the performance of such maintenance and will attempt to schedule such maintenance during nonpeak hours.
