Use or Disclosure of Third Party Information. If, in spite of the second sentence of Section 5.1, Executive should find that confidential or proprietary information belonging to any third party might be usable in connection with the Company's business, he will not disclose it to the Company or use it on behalf of the Company except as expressly authorized by such third party; but during his employment by the Company, Executive will use in the performance of his duties only information which is generally known and used by persons with training and experience comparable to his own, common knowledge in the industry, otherwise legally in the public domain, or which is obtained or developed by the Company or by Executive in the course of his work for the Company.
