Use or Disposal by Contractor Clause Samples

Use or Disposal by Contractor. Contractor shall not and shall not permit any of its Subcontractors, directly or indirectly, to permit the manufacture, storage, transmission or presence of any Hazardous Materials on the Project Site, and Contractor shall not and shall not permit any of its Subcontractors to release, discharge or otherwise dispose of any Hazardous Materials on the Project Site except, in each case, in compliance with Applicable Laws.
