USE, REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF PREMISES. A. The condition of Corporation provided furnishings should be noted by SHRL on the Room Condition Inventory. Licensee agrees to give reasonable care to her/his Licensed Space and its furnishings and to make payment for any damage or loss promptly upon request by the Corporation. Licensee shall vacate the Licensed Space in good order and repair, normal and reasonable wear and tear excepted. If Licensee fails to maintain the Licensed Space in good order and repair, Licensee shall pay the Corporation the reasonable costs incurred by Corporation in returning the Licensed Space to a condition of good order and repair.
