USE TAX COLLECTION. In accordance with Public Contract Code Section 10295.1, Contractor certifies that it complies with the requirements of Section 7101 of the Revenue and Taxation Code. Contractor further certifies that it will immediately advise State of any change in its retailer’s seller’s permit or certification of registration or applicable affiliate’s seller’s permit or certificate of registration as described in subdivision (a) of Public Contract Code Section 10295.1.
