Common use of Use Violations Clause in Contracts

Use Violations. Grantor will not use, maintain, operate or occupy, or knowingly allow the use, maintenance, operation or occupancy of, the Property in any manner which (a) violates any requirement of law, (b) may be dangerous unless safeguarded as required by all requirements of law or (c) constitutes a public or private nuisance, in each case such as could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Use Violations. Grantor will not use, maintain, operate or occupy, or knowingly allow the use, maintenance, operation or occupancy of, the Mortgaged Property in any manner which (a) violates any requirement of lawLaws, (b) may be dangerous unless safeguarded as required by all requirements of law Laws or (c) constitutes a public or private nuisance, in each case such as could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Use Violations. Grantor will not use, maintain, operate operate, or occupy, or knowingly allow the use, maintenance, operation operation, or occupancy of, the Mortgaged Property in any manner which (ai) violates any requirement of lawLegal Requirement, (bii) may be dangerous unless safeguarded as required by all requirements of law or Law and/or appropriate insurance, (ciii) constitutes a public or private nuisance, or (iv) makes void, voidable, or cancelable, or increases the premium of, any insurance then in each case such as could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effectforce with respect thereto.

Grantor will not use, maintain, operate or occupy, or knowingly allow the use, maintenance, operation or occupancy of, of the Mortgaged Property in any manner which (a) violates any requirement Legal Requirement, including, without limitation, Legal Requirements with respect to the disposal of lawmedical waste products, (b) may be dangerous unless safeguarded as required by all requirements of law law, or (c) constitutes a public or private nuisance, in each case such as could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Use Violations. The Grantor will not use, maintain, operate operate, or occupy, or knowingly allow the use, maintenance, operation operation, or occupancy of, of the Mortgaged Property in any manner which (a) violates any requirement of lawLegal Requirement, (b) may be dangerous unless safeguarded as required by all requirements of law or law, (c) constitutes a public or private nuisance, or (d) results in each case such as could reasonably be expected a Governmental Authority threatening to have impose a Material Adverse Effectfine or other penalty on Beneficiary or the Grantor.
