Use Violations. Grantor will not use, maintain, operate or occupy, or allow the use, maintenance, operation or occupancy of, any portion of the Mortgaged Property in any manner which would result in a violation of Section 4.2 above or make void, voidable or cancelable, or substantially increase the premium of, any insurance then in force with respect thereto.
