Common use of Use Violations Clause in Contracts

Use Violations. Grantor will not use, maintain, operate or occupy, or allow the use, maintenance, operation or occupancy of, any portion of the Mortgaged Property in any manner which would result in a violation of Section 4.2 above or make void, voidable or cancelable, or substantially increase the premium of, any insurance then in force with respect thereto.

Use Violations. Grantor will not use, maintain, operate operate, or occupy, or allow the use, maintenance, operation operation, or occupancy of, any portion of the Mortgaged Property in any manner which would result in which: (a) violates any Legal Requirement; (b) may be dangerous unless safeguarded as required by law and/or appropriate insurance; (c) constitutes a violation of Section 4.2 above public or make private nuisance; or (d) makes void, voidable voidable, or cancelable, or substantially increase increases the premium of, any insurance then in force with respect thereto.

Use Violations. Grantor will not use, maintain, operate operate, or occupy, or allow the use, maintenance, operation operation, or occupancy of, any portion of the Mortgaged Property in any manner which would result in (i) violates any Legal Requirement, (ii) may be dangerous, unless safeguarded as required by law and/or appropriate insurance, (iii) constitutes a violation of Section 4.2 above public or make private nuisance, or (iv) makes void, voidable or cancelablevoidable, or substantially increase cancellable, or increases the premium of, any insurance then in force with respect thereto.

Use Violations.
