Use Violations. Use, maintain, operate or occupy, or allow the use, maintenance, operation or occupancy of, any of its properties in any manner that (a) violates any Legal Requirement, (b) may be dangerous unless safeguarded as required by law, (c) constitutes a public or private nuisance, (d) makes void, voidable or cancelable any insurance then in force with respect thereto or (e) makes void, voidable, or cancelable any governmental permit, unless the occurrence of any such event would not have a Material Adverse Effect on the financial condition or operations of Borrower on a consolidated basis.
