Common use of Used Fee Allocation Clause in Contracts

Used Fee Allocation. If all or any portion of such Defaulting Lender’s participation in L/C Obligations is neither reallocated nor cash collateralized pursuant to clause (d) above, then, without prejudice to any rights or remedies of the Revolver Agent, the Issuing Bank or any other Lender hereunder, all unused line fees that otherwise would have been payable to such Defaulting Lender (solely with respect to such Defaulting Lender’s Pro Rata Share of its Revolving Commitment that was utilized for such L/C Obligations) and letter of credit fees payable under Section 2.03(8) with respect to such Defaulting Lender’s Pro Rata Share of the L/C Obligations shall be payable to the applicable Issuing Bank until and to the extent that such Defaulting Lender’s Pro Rata Share of the L/C Obligations is reallocated and/or cash collateralized.
