Used Material (Condition. “B”) Used material shall be classified as Condition “B” provided that it is in sound and serviceable condition and is suitable for reuse without reconditioning. Such material shall be valued at not more than seventy-five percent (75%) of the current price of new material valued according to Section 31.13.2.1 above.
