Common use of Used Clause in Contracts

Used. The term "Used" means, with respect to the Assets, Contracts, Leased Premises, Intellectual Property Rights, Real Property, or Permits of the Division, those owned, leased, licensed or otherwise held by Seller or the Division which were acquired for use or held for use by Seller or the Division in connection with the Division's business and operations as currently conducted, whether or not reflected on Seller's or the Division's books of account.

Used. The term "Used" meansshall mean, with respect to the AssetsProperties, Contracts, Leased Premises, Intellectual Property Rights, Real Property, Contracts or Permits of the DivisionSellers, those owned, leased, licensed or otherwise held by Seller or the Division Sellers which were acquired for use or held for use by Seller or the Division Sellers in connection with the Division's Sellers' business and operations as currently conductedoperations, whether or not reflected on Seller's or the Division's Sellers' books of account.
