USEPA DUTIES. 2.5.1 USEPA shall participate in the SICM, the Interagency Consultation Conformity Determination Meetings, and other appropriate committees/meetings established to advise the Parties on the development of transportation plans, programs, and projects, particularly as these relate to air quality-related issues. 2.5.2 USEPA shall, in a timely fashion, advise the Parties of changes to USEPA policy, regulation, and guidance related to air quality and conformity.
