User Documentation. The Provider shall develop user and technical documentation and shall update the requirements matrix to reflect that the user manual has completely addressed all of the functionality of the new system components, as recorded in the requirements. The Provider shall develop context sensitive online help for all functionality in the new system components. The manuals shall be consistent with the context sensitive online help information. The manuals shall be available to users online. The following sections define the responsibilities of the Provider and the Department. Provider User Documentation Responsibilities Develop user documentation deliverables. Revise deliverables based on the results of the review and approval process. Department User Documentation Responsibilities Review and approve deliverables.
