If a third party should gain access to your Password, you alone are responsible for changing the Password so as to deny the t xxxx party's access to your banking information. Given the electronic nature of these transactions, the Bank shall have no liabili ty to you in the event a third party should gain access to your Password through no fault of the Bank.
