User IP. In connection with fulfilling the Services and/or identifying User to third parties for provision of the Services, User grants to Autobooks an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty free license to use and display User’s name and trademarks. User further grants to Autobooks an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty free license to use and disclose any ideas, recommendations, modifications, customizations, processes, methods, or other suggestions created or provided by User to Autobooks or its TPSPs.
