Updates. “Updates” are changes that do not require a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. Updates may include: Centralized Contract changes and updates made in accordance with the previously approved pricing formula (e.g. discount from list price); adding new products or services within the established, previously approved pricing structure; lowering pricing of products or services already on Contract, deleting products or services available through the Centralized Contract, adding product or service that do not fall under the previously established price structure or discounts under the Contract, re-bundled products, and other updates not listed above that are deemed to be in the best interest of the State and do not result in a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. Updates must be submitted to OGS for review, and must be accompanied by a justification of reasonableness of price if the change results in a change in pricing methodology. OGS will notify Contractor in writing if approved.

Updates. Customer may order new software versions, releases or maintenance updates (“Updates”), if available, separately or through an HP software support agreement. Additional licenses or fees may apply for these Updates or for the use of the software in an upgraded environment. Updates are subject to the license terms in effect at the time that HP makes them available to Customer.

Based on your Mobile Device settings, when your Mobile Device is connected to the internet either: (a) the Application will automatically download and install all available Updates; or (b) you may receive notice of or be prompted to download and install available Updates. You shall promptly download and install all Updates and acknowledge and agree that the Application or portions thereof may not properly operate should you fail to do so. You further agree that all Updates will be deemed part of the Application and be subject to all terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Updates. If Agency purchases WOS maintenance, Axon will make updates and error corrections to WOS (“WOS Updates”) available electronically via the Internet or media as determined by Axon. Agency is responsible for establishing and maintaining adequate Internet access to receive WOS Updates and maintaining computer equipment necessary for use of WOS. The Quote will detail the maintenance term.

Updates. If the Term of this Agreement is longer than one year and Contractor’s QHPs are certified for another year, the Monthly Rates for each subsequent year of the Agreement will be established no more frequently than annually during the Certification Process and in accordance with the procedures set forth at and Section 4.5.

Updates. NI reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time, effective upon posting an updated version at xx.xxx/xxxxx/xxxxxxxxxxx; however, the terms and conditions in effect at the time of purchase shall apply to that purchase of Products or Services.

Updates. During the Term, Oracle may update the Services and the Oracle NetSuite Written Materials to reflect changes in, among other things, laws, regulations, rules, technology, industry practices, patterns of system use, and availability of Third Party Applications. Oracle updates to the Services or the Oracle NetSuite Written Materials will not materially reduce the level of performance, functionality, security or availability of the Services during the Term.

Updates. Licensor will provide regular system and project updates to Licensee and Participating Institutions as they become available. No additional fee shall be charged for updates.
