Common use of User Representative Clause in Contracts

User Representative. ‌ 3.1. The Owner shall designate a primary User Representative that shall represent all other user representatives. 3.2. The User Representative(s) and the Owner shall provide the Design Professional with information required under Paragraph 2.1 through 2.5 as well as additional information required by the Design Professional for the purpose of defining the Scope of the Project and to assist the Design Professional and the Owner in the development and completion of the Project. 3.3. The User Representative(s) shall meet as needed with the Design Professional and shall respond to all written inquiries submitted by the Design Professional within any time limits set forth in the inquiry. 3.4. Information submitted directly by the User Representative(s) to the Design Professional is subject to subsequent approval by the Owner.
