User Solely Liable for all 3PL Costs and Other Third Party Costs. User covenants to timely pay all 3PL costs and expenses related to the 3PL Agreement. User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Tenant harmless from and against any and all costs due 3PL and other third parties engaged or employed by User.
