User to pay Handling Charges. Variable (a) The User must pay HCV to DBCT Management, calculated in accordance with clause 6.3. (b) On an interim basis (subject to end-of-Financial Year reconciliations and adjustments pursuant to clauses 5.1(c)(iii) and 5.1(d)) the User must pay DBCT Management monthly instalments each equal to one-twelfth of the annual HCV reasonably estimated by DBCT Management at the commencement of the relevant Financial Year.
