Username and Password Information. You are responsible for: 1) maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, 2) any and all transactions by persons that you give access to or that otherwise use such username or password, and 3) any and all consequences of use or misuse of your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your username or password or any other breach of security regarding the Services of which you have knowledge. You agree that all of your officers, employees, agents, representatives and others having access to the username and/or password shall be vested by you with the authority to use the Services and to legally bind you. You shall be responsible for all actions by current and former officers, employees, agents, representatives and others, regardless of whether authorized by you, that access the Services using the businessuser name and password.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your mPin or any other breach of security regarding the Service of which you have knowledge. You also undertake to delete all messages relating to the service from the inbox/sent items folder in the mobile phone. You shall be responsible for all actions by agents, representatives and others, regardless of whether authorized by you to access the Service using your mPin.

Buyer shall be responsible for all actions by current and former officers, employees, agents, representatives and others, regardless of whether authorized by Xxxxx, that access the Service using Buyer's user name and password.

  • IDENTIFYING INFORMATION AND PRIVACY NOTIFICATION (a) FEDERAL EMPLOYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER and/or FEDERAL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. As a condition to NYSERDA’s obligation to pay any invoices submitted by Contractor pursuant to this Agreement, Contractor shall provide to NYSERDA its Federal employer identification number or Federal social security number, or both such numbers when the Contractor has both such numbers. Where the Contractor does not have such number or numbers, the Contractor must give the reason or reasons why the payee does not have such number or numbers.

  • Information Access Each Party (“Disclosing Party”) shall make available to another Party (“Requesting Party”) information that is in the possession of the Disclosing Party and is necessary in order for the Requesting Party to: (i) verify the costs incurred by the Disclosing Party for which the Requesting Party is responsible under this Agreement; and (ii) carry out its obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement. The Parties shall not use such information for purposes other than those set forth in this Article 25.1 of this Agreement and to enforce their rights under this Agreement.

For a non-individual person such as a business entity, a charity, a Trust, or other legal entity, we ask for documentation to verify its formation and existence as a legal entity. We may also ask to see financial statements, licenses, identification and authorization documents from individuals claiming authority to represent the entity or other relevant documentation.

  • Alert Information As Alerts delivered via SMS, email and push notifications are not encrypted, we will never include your passcode or full account number. You acknowledge and agree that Alerts may not be encrypted and may include your name and some information about your accounts, and anyone with access to your Alerts will be able to view the contents of these messages.

  • Patient Information Each Party agrees to abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and orders of all applicable supranational, national, federal, state, provincial, and local governmental entities concerning the confidentiality or protection of patient identifiable information and/or patients’ protected health information, as defined by any other applicable legislation in the course of their performance under this Agreement.

  • Background Information The Adviser has entered into an Investment Adviser's Agreement with the Fund ("Investment Adviser's Agreement").   • Identifying Information and Privacy NOTIFICATION (a) Identification Number(s). Every invoice or New York State Claim for Payment submitted to a New York State agency by a payee, for payment for the sale of goods or services or for transactions (e.g., leases, easements, licenses, etc.) related to real or personal property must include the payee's identification number. The number is any or all of the following: (i) the payee’s Federal employer identification number, (ii) the payee’s Federal social security number, and/or (iii) the payee’s Vendor Identification Number assigned by the Statewide Financial System. Failure to include such number or numbers may delay payment. Where the payee does not have such number or numbers, the payee, on its invoice or Claim for Payment, must give the reason or reasons why the payee does not have such number or numbers.

  • Data and Information In furtherance of the authority contained in this Article 5, one or more of the Parties are authorized to obtain, compile, maintain, share, and exchange among themselves, or with one or more third parties, information related to any aspect of intermodal transport, equipment use, inland or marine terminals, operations, cargo throughput, transportation or traffic volumes, equipment use, and/or other information pertaining to matters authorized under this Article 5. Such information may include records, statistics, studies, compilations, projections, costs, data, and electronic or paper documents of any kind or nature whether prepared by a Party or the Parties or obtained from outside sources, relating to matters authorized by Article 5.

  • Use of De-identified information De-identified information may be used by the Contractor for the purposes of development, research, and improvement of educational sites, services, or applications, as any other member of the public or party would be able to use de-identified data pursuant to 34 CFR 99.31(b). Contractor agrees not to attempt to re-identify de-identified Student Data.
