Uses and Disclosures for the Purpose. Except as otherwise limited in this BAA, Business Associate may use or disclose PHI to perform business services, functions, and activities for, or on behalf of, Covered Entity for the Purpose as agreed to by Covered Entity and Business Associate in the Underlying Contract. Only the minimum necessary PHI to accomplish the intended purpose of this agreement and the Underlying Contract may be used or disclosed.
