Uses and Disclosures to Perform Service Agreement. Business Associate may only use or disclose Protected Health Information as necessary to perform functions, activities or services for or on behalf of Covered Entity as specified in the Terms of Service or this Addendum, including providing training and support to Covered Entity which may involve accessing Covered Entity’s computer systems.
