Uses and Restrictions. 4.01 Company will use the Premises solely and exclusively in connection with the construction, operation and maintenance of a hangar to be used for the storage of aircraft and related ancillary uses including the purposes described below. (1) loading, unloading and taxiing of aircraft; (2) storage and use of oils, lubricants and other supplies necessary for the operation of aircraft being stored in the hangar; (3) construction of a fuel tank(s) in compliance with this Agreement, to be used for the fueling of Company’s aircraft and which shall not be used to sell fuel to others; (4) parking of vehicles owned or operated by personnel, patrons, guests or invitees of users of the hangar, in front of or in the hangar while the aircraft are bring operated. In no event will the hangar be used to store items other than aircraft or parts and supplies for the aircraft stored in the hangar; and (5) providing office space and meeting space related to the storage of aircraft in the hangar. Company will not use the Premises for any other purpose or use unless approved in writing by the Authority and in compliance with all applicable governmental laws.

Company will not use the Premises for any other purpose or use unless approved in writing by the Authority and in compliance with all applicable governmental laws. (1) providing storage of aircraft being serviced by Company; (2) maintenance, repair, servicing, testing, overhaul and cleaning of aircraft, engines, assemblies, accessories, component parts and aviation-related mobile and other equipment with Company’s own personnel; (3) loading, unloading and delivery of repair parts, supplies and other personal property; (4) loading, unloading and taxiing of aircraft; (5) purchase, storage and use of oils, lubricants and other supplies necessary for the operation of aircraft being serviced by Company; (6) parking of vehicles owned or operated by personnel, patrons, guests or invitees of Company; and (7) providing office space and meeting space related to Company’s operations.

(1) loading, unloading and taxiing of aircraft; (2) storage and use of oils, lubricants and other supplies necessary for the operation of aircraft being stored in the hangar; (3) parking of vehicles owned or operated by personnel, patrons, guests or invitees of users of the hangar, in front of or in the hangar while the aircraft are bring operated. In no event will the hangar be used to store items other than aircraft or parts and supplies for the aircraft stored in the hangar; and (4) providing office space and meeting space related to the storage of aircraft in the hangar. Snohomish County Mental Health Services funding may not be used to provide inpatient services; to make cash payments to intended recipients of health services; to purchase or improve land, purchase, construct, or permanently improve (other than minor remodeling) any building or other facility or purchase major medical equipment; to satisfy any requirement for the expenditure of nonfederal funds as a condition for the receipt of Federal funds; or to provide financial assistance to any entity other than a public or nonprofit private entity. B. The Contractor shall not use Snohomish County Funds for the following: 1. Services and programs that are covered under the capitation rate for Medicaid-covered services to Medicaid enrollees; 2. Inpatient mental health services; 3. Construction and/or renovation; 4. Capital assets or the accumulation of operating reserve accounts; 5. Equipment costs over $5,000; 6. Cash payments to Consumers; 7. State match for other federal funds.
