Permitted Uses. BA shall use Protected Information only for the purpose of performing BA’s obligations under the Contract and as permitted or required under the Contract and Addendum, or as required by law. Further, BA shall not use Protected Information in any manner that would constitute a violation of the Privacy Rule or the HITECH Act if so used by CE. However, BA may use Protected Information as necessary (i) for the proper management and administration of BA;
Permitted Uses. Tenant may use the Property only for the Permitted Uses set forth in Section 1.06 above.

Permitted Uses. You may use your account, subject to any restrictions set out in this agreement to pay for goods and services from merchants who accept the card (called merchants). Here are some examples: • using your card to pay for goods and services by presenting the card to a merchant and complying with their request to sign or enter a code, • using your card or the account to pay for goods and services ordered from a merchant by telephone, internet or mail, and • using an account access cheque (called an Amex cheque) to pay a merchant for goods and services or to pay any other person. If we agree, you may also use your account to obtain funds advances. For example, you may obtain funds advances at any ATM that accepts the card. If we agree, you may be permitted to transfer balances to your account. For example, we may permit you to transfer balances from cards issued by other financial institutions by using an Amex cheque or our telephone or online services. If permitted by the merchant, you may return to the merchant goods or services obtained using your account and receive a credit to your account. We may permit a card to be used for contactless payments which enables you to make charges without signing or entering a code at a participating merchant. This service uses a computer chip that is built into the card and transfers encrypted payment information wirelessly when you hold the card to a contactless reader. You agree to only use the contactless service in accordance with our instructions. We may permit you to use your account with a mobile phone or other type of device to make payments and access services. You agree to only use your account for such payments and services in accordance with our instructions, this agreement and any other user terms that may apply. References in this agreement to using your card, account number or the account also apply to using your account for payments and to access services with a mobile phone or other type of device. If we permit, a card may be used to cash a cheque at an American Express location. A dishonoured payment fee is payable as set out in the information box and disclosure statement if the cheque is returned or not honoured immediately for its full amount by the financial institution. We may also charge the amount of the cheque to your account.

(a) to verify the identity of Verifiable Individuals to the extent necessary to satisfy your compliance obligations under Law;
(b) to prevent fraud as related to your goods and services;
(c) to prevent misuse of your goods and services;
(d) to improve the safety or security of your business, operations and services; and
(e) in compliance with the Stripe Identity Permitted Businesses list.

Permitted Uses. The Company Premises will be used by Company solely and exclusively for the purpose of providing support to Company’s Business at the Airport and in accordance with the provisions of the Basic Agreement. The Company will provide all necessary equipment, personnel and other appurtenances necessary to conduct its operations hereunder.
Permitted Uses. The Licensee may:
a. Make such local temporary copies of the Licensed Material as are necessary to ensure efficient use of the Licensed Material by Contractually Defined Users, provided that such use is subject to all the terms and conditions of this Licence Agreement;
Permitted Uses. Associate shall not use Protected Information except for the purpose of performing Associate’s obligations under this Contract and as permitted under this Addendum. Further, Associate shall not use Protected Information in any manner that would constitute a violation of the HIPAA Rules if so used by CE, except that Associate may use Protected Information: (i) for the proper management and administration of Associate; (ii) to carry out the legal responsibilities of Associate; or (iii) for Data Aggregation purposes for the Health Care Operations of CE. Additional provisions, if any, governing permitted uses of Protected Information are set forth in Attachment A to this Addendum. Associate agrees to defend and indemnify the Department against third party claims xxxxxxx from Associate’s breach of this Addendum.
Permitted Uses. (a) to access and use the PRODUCT for internal purposes, which include internally generating analysis, information and modeling;
(b) subject to UP42 proprietary rights in the PRODUCT, to include the PRODUCT on in LICENSEE’s internal server;
(c) to process, enhance, or otherwise exploit the PRODUCT to produce DERIVATIVE WORKS for business purposes. This shall include but not be limited to the creation of extra features such as counting, measure, analytics, derive metrics, etc. The LICENSEE is also granted the sub-license rights to make the PRODUCT available to LICENSEE’S AFFILIATES and/or contractors and consultants, only for use on behalf of the LICENSEE, subject to such LICENSEE’S AFFILIATE and/or contractors and consultants agreeing in writing, in advance, (I) to be bound by the same limitations on use as applicable to the LICENSEE, and (II) to return the PRODUCT to LICENSEE, and to keep no copy thereof, upon completion of the contracting or consulting engagement. The LICENSEE shall guarantee that each LICENSEE’S AFFILIATE and/or contractor or consultant complies with the provisions and restrictions provided in the present LICENCE, and shall indemnify and hold UP42 harmless in connection thereto. All rights not expressly granted by UP42 under Article 2.1 are hereby retained by UP42.
