Uses any Services. If Customer has never used the Services before and do not wish to be bound by this Agreement, do not use them and notify stc immediately. By signing this Agreement, Customer acknowledges that the Authorized Signatory is competent to enter into an Agreement with stc, and is authorized to obtain Services or make changes to an existing Account. Customer will obtain a signed copy of this Agreement from the Account Manager.
