Common use of Using Gift Cards Clause in Contracts

Using Gift Cards. You acknowledge and agree that the use of any Gift Card is subject to terms and conditions set by Retailers. We do not own or control the terms, conditions and other details about Gift Cards. Gift Cards are provided on our Apps solely as a convenience to you, and we make no representations about, do not endorse, and are not responsible or liable for: (i) the terms, conditions and other details about Gift Cards; and (ii) the goods or services offered by Retailers. Certain Retailers allow you to redeem Gift Cards that you have loaded on to our Apps in their stores. If you have questions or problems with your Gift Cards, or anything you buy using your Gift Cards, you agree to settle the problem directly with the Retailer. We are not responsible for the failure of any Retailer to honour a Gift Card for any reason, including the insolvency or bankruptcy of that Retailer. Some Retailers may not offer Gift Cards, terms and conditions or notices in the language of your choice. Gift Cards, product descriptions, redemption information and Retailer terms are provided by the Retailers at their discretion and questions should be directed to the Retailers.
