Common use of USING THE E-MONEY ACCOUNT Clause in Contracts

USING THE E-MONEY ACCOUNT. 14.1 We will credit any funds received from you to your E-Money Account. 14.2 Your E-Money Account can be used to: 14.2.1 store funds in one or more currencies nominated by you; 14.2.2 make Transfers (alone or in combination with a Trade); 14.2.3 make Payment in connection with one or more Trades; and 14.2.4 pay Margin 14.3 We will not allow you to make any Transfer or Payment Out of your E-Money Account where this would put your E-Money Account into a negative balance. You should therefore ensure that you have sufficient funds, including in respect of Margin Calls which may be made from time-to-time, in your Account before placing an Order. 14.4 We may impose fees or charges for our Services and reserve the right to impose a fee (on a per transaction basis) at our discretion.
