UTC Definitions. Except as specified in this Agreement, the definitions contained in Article 2 of the Uniform Contract Terms and Conditions 1.4.1, as modified by the Parties in this Agreement (“UTC”) govern the use and meanings of terms and conditions of this Agreement. The defined terms "Request for Proposals" and "RFP" used in the UTC are deemed to mean the SOW for purposes of this Agreement.
