Utilisation of a Revolving Facility. No Borrower may directly or through the Obligors’ Agent deliver a Utilisation Request in relation to a Revolving Facility Loan or Documentary Credit if as a result of the proposed: (a) Revolving Facility Loan, 15 or more Revolving Facility Loans would be outstanding; (b) Documentary Credit, 15 or more Documentary Credits would be outstanding.
