Utilities and Conduits. Landlord may from time to time place conduits or other facilities for utilities servicing other portions of the building over, across or through such portions of the Premises not unreasonably interfering with the appearance thereof or conduct of business therein by Tenant, provided Landlord gives Tenant prior written notice of its intentions.
