Utilities and Personal Property Taxes. 6.1 Tenant shall pay for all water, gas, heat, light, power, sewer charges, telephone service, fire alarm monitoring and all other services and utilities supplied to the Demised Premises (including, without limitation, exterior lighting provided for the exclusive use of the Demised Premises), together with any taxes thereon.
