Utilities Proration. For purposes of computing the United States’ share of the allowable airport operations and maintenance costs, the allowable cost of utilities incurred by the Sponsor to operate and maintain airport(s) included in the Grant must not exceed the percent attributable to the capital or operating costs of the airport.
