Utility Account Information Clause Samples
The Utility Account Information clause defines the requirements for sharing or maintaining information related to utility accounts, such as electricity, water, or gas services. Typically, this clause outlines what specific account details must be provided, who is responsible for supplying the information, and the timeframe for doing so—such as a landlord providing meter numbers and account credentials to a tenant at the start of a lease. Its core function is to ensure that all parties have the necessary information to manage utility services effectively, thereby preventing confusion or disputes over utility responsibilities and billing.
