Common use of Utility and Technical Services Clause in Contracts

Utility and Technical Services. The Department reserves for itself or its assigned contractors the sole right to provide the following services to Client and/or Client’s exhibitors: electric, telephone, water, fiber optics, video distribution, computer networking, compressed air, and natural gas. Director agrees that Service Orders for utilities requested by Client's exhibitors for the Event shall be made directly with the exhibitors, and that such exhibitors must pay for utilities directly to the Department.
