Utility Approvals. Lxxxxx’s receipt of evidence satisfactory to Lender of all appropriate approvals for/from public water, public natural gas, public electricity, public sewer, cable, telephone, and any and all other utility company approvals, for the development of the Property and the installation of said utilities. ● Flood Insurance.
