UTILITY CALCULATIONS a. WATER: Water service is provided by Menlo Park Municipal Water ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. The sole water meter for the property measures water usage in Centum Cubic Feet (one CCF is 748 gallons). Water charges include, a service charge, a per CCF charge and several miscellaneous charges. Tenants shall reimburse Landlord 90% of the bill according to the below calculations: i. PER UNIT half the amount owed by tenants is divided equally among all units in the property. ii. PER PERSON the remaining half of the amount owed is divided equally by the number of authorized occupants residing in all units in the Property as of the first day of the month.
