UTILITY COORDINATION & LAYOUT SERVICES. As part of the utility coordination services, Consultant will: 1. Gather utility location information using available records from known local utilities in the area as well as Texas One Call locates. The Consultant will correlate the record information with utility features surveyed to determine any potential conflicts; 2. Attend utility coordination meetings with utility owners. The Consultant must coordinate with the utility owners to determine scope of utility relocations and minimize utility conflicts through design where reasonable and adequate information is provided.  Provide coordination of utility adjustments with assistance from CITY. Provide technical assistance and meeting exhibits (including cross sections and reference files for use by utility companies.)  Obtain utility verification letters from each utility company stating that the utility information has been reviewed and is correct; 3. Provide a Utility Matrix at the Intermediate 40% review submittal and an updated Utility Matrix at the Final 90% review submittal; 4. Review proposed utility alignments for additional conflicts, however, constructability and conformance to utility regulations is the responsibility of each utility company; 5. Reference in proposed utility lines as background if CADD files are provided and received prior to submittal of final construction document plan sheets; 6. Prepare Utility Layouts depicting existing and proposed utility locations / details to be included in both the 40% Intermediate, 90% and 100% Final submittals; and 7. Include utility information derived from the preliminary phase in the final construction plan set. Utility sub provider will also perform and provide the following:  Design and Drawing Preparation of a 6” Dia. waterline loop (Approx. 1700LF).  Perform a Topographic Survey for waterline and additional survey as directed.
