Utility Deposits; Loan Impounds and Debt Service. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, no prorations shall be made or credits allowed with respect to any utility deposits, impound accounts with respect to any Lien, or any interest, prepayment premium or other payments on any Lien, all of which shall remain the sole property or obligation of Seller.
