Common use of Utility Lines Clause in Contracts

Utility Lines. When the utility line for a Lot extends under an adjacent Lot or Parcel, the Owner of the Lot may enter the adjacent Lot or Parcel for the purpose of maintenance or repair of the utility line, subject to the obligation to restore the adjacent Lot or Parcel promptly upon completion of the repair or maintenance.
