Utility Relocation in ALLOCATION. The SPONSOR understands and agrees that: a) The United States will not participate in the cost of any utility relocation unless and until the SPONSOR has submitted evidence satisfactory to the FAA that the SPONSOR is legally responsible for payment of such costs; b) FAA participation is limited to those utilities located on-airport or off- airport only where the SPONSOR has an easement for the utility; and, c) The utilities must serve a purpose directly related to the airport.
