Utility Representative Clause Samples
Utility Representative. Within fourteen (14) days after the Effective Date, Utility will designate by written notice an individual as Utility’s representative for all matters relating to Utility’s performance of the DER Services under this Agreement (the “Utility Representative”). The actions taken by the Utility Representative with respect to such performance shall be deemed acts of Utility. Utility may at any time, upon written notice to Customer, change the Utility Representative.
Utility Representative. For each Transit Project, Utility shall designate a person, or the holder of a specified office or position, to act as the Utility Representative for such Transit Project. A single individual may be the Utility Representative for more than one Transit Project, to the extent necessary depending on the requirements of the Transit Project(s) to which he or she is assigned. The Utility Representative(s) shall assist MTA in the delivery of such Transit Project(s) and each component thereof in a timely manner. The Utility Representative(s) will have the responsibility and authority (i) to manage and coordinate interaction of Utility with MTA and its contractors, (ii) to produce the necessary ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, work documents and reports on production, Cost and Work Order status, (iii) to undertake reviews, provide comments and issue approvals as required by this Agreement, and (iv) to cause Utility to pay MTA's ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ for its Costs that are reimbursable hereunder. Utility may change a designated Utility Representative by providing written notification to MTA fourteen (14) days prior to the change or as soon as reasonably practicable, if the change must be made sooner.
